Experimenting new hair system

I’ve been looking into a new hair system for two days because this is the first step for the pose simulator.

This movement is calculated in the program. This much is applicable to WebXR mode.

The more difficult part is the collision. I’ll see what I can come up with for the next several days.

In the pose simulator, I’ll let the user move and scale the hairs as he wants them to be.  The hair will shake as the character reacts.

Dances and pose simulator will benefit from this system. The 3DS Max hair system doesn’t support gravity. It’s been a pain in the ass.

I’m originally a programmer.  For the last three years, I’ve grown a preference for graphics.  For the pose simulator, it’s time to reactivate my programmer brain.

3D Scan Project is postponed. I’ve decided to concentrate on WebXR pose simulator, aiming to complete it within this year.

I leave the 3D scan as a long-term project. It’s too difficult graphically. I need more research. The licenses of girls don’t expire.  It can be used at anytime.

How about a “pose simulator version” of VR Hand Revolution?  Which doesn’t have any hand-made animations.

You all know how many hours I go through to animate every piece of content.  I can’t even make one new content per month at this pace.

The posing system and automated reaction are not that difficult to create.  Automating the cumshot won’t be too difficult, either.

Naturally, the quality of animation won’t be as good as the hand-made animations.

Most difficult part will be animating the hair on the mobile web platform. Only the simplest types of hair will be possible. Also, characters won’t be able to wear flared skirts.

Pose simulator for 3d cartoon characters,  hand-made animations for pornstars seems like the plan.

If this is made possible, I’ll be able to put up new character every week. Even DOA5 characters will be reusable. ✊✊

This is 3D scanned armpit.

Not acceptable at all.  This is the problem of 3D scan. Blind spots always end up like that.

I’m trying to see what I can do with this.

I’ve found a nice armpit photo of Kyler Quinn,  but….

This seems like the best I can get from this.  The colors simply don’t match. It is impossible to implant it as it is.

It’s blurry, but it doesn’t look like broken polygons.

Next time, I’ll ask the studio to shoot photos of armpits.

Before I animate the pornstars..

I should take care of this part. This part is not very well taken care of by 3D scans.

It was easy to find a lot of Kyler’s frontal pussy photos.

Also I looked up a lot of anatomy images.   I never analyzed a girl’s pussy like this before, LOL.

 

Here’s my first result. Try to enlarge this photo if you can.

This isn’t simply a copy&paste of photos. It has labia and holes. But you’ve got to see this in VR to know it.

This is not superb.  But it doesn’t look like the worst copy&paste job. I think this is okay.

One problem is that base photos of her underside are too dark and dirty. I need to find a way to smooth it.

Planting the pussy was one thing.  The more difficult problem is to animate it.

When the model closes her leg,  it should look like this.

That is, the labia majora should cover the major part of the inner pussy and form an “!” shape. That way, it looks prettier.

** Animation

This is the final result.  There’ll be more problems when I actually animate this. For now.  It seems adequate.

The inner part of the pussy must become dark when the model closes its legs.  I can  do it by replacing the textures on the fly.
