Also, I will implement UNDO/REDO this time. Scene editing is very complex, UNDO/REDO will make everyone’s editing job a lot easier.
Those would be great additions. Would it be possible to have full body lock be released to a single controller, after two hand lock is established?

Some form of axis constraint will be useful for both the whole body grab and body part rotations.

Correct, and its a bitch to adjust their posses. I had to keep resetting to default body, make changes and then load the body back.
