The user post plugin supports only images.
I never tried this, but WordPress can create author accounts. I’ll try to make an author account and see how it works. I don’t even remember where the login button is hidden. I should look it up.

You’ll see a WordPress menu. Change password to whatever by Profile.
Write video post by Posts>Add new.
You can add video by “Add Media” button.
You can also edit or delete your own post there.
