VR Rhythm game playable version

  1. ‘First gameplay audio lag’ problem is fixed.
  2. Does anyone notice the initial action delay? Like an action happens for the first time, it delays severely. Later actions become smooth. It happened in every program I’ve made (both web and VR) This time I’ve got it completely fixed. All other games will get this updated one by one.

 

Use the laser cursor to pick the target.

This is Oculus Go optimized control method. It doesn’t use the hand yet. (true 6DOF control is the next month’s work)

* Play Video- I thought this was going to suck, but this surprisingly plays well.

Perfect for me because I’m lazy player, I don’t want to move while gaming, not to mention standing.

(there’s an enormous audio lag in video, but game plays perfectly synced)

Quick test animation

That hair is going to give me a big trouble later.

I’ve finished today’s lot. Tomorrow I’ll start with the transform animation.

I’ll use the transform from Sailor Moon Crystal, starting by “Venus Planet Power” That seems most suitable for my reproduction.

I mean this. Flying around spewing stars and smokes seems doable.

(The ribbon thing seems impossible)

 

Using the CGtrader model as base was a good choice, after all.

This model itself is not that bad. But, it doesn’t feel like Venus. (Feels like Usagi at her forty)

*Only the skirt and glove is from this.

Final looks before I start to animate

I had to give extensive changes to the provided 3D model for this to look properly when animated.

This is turning out one more mission impossible for me…

Sleeves are not removable, it’ll save a large amount of time.

Now.. I only have to move the fingers. I’ll check what I can do with the transformation animation. Sailor Solider transform is mostly about particle effects. I wonder how much I can do.

It’s been too long since I fixed this content. There can be any unexpected side effects of this patch.

*update- Found a viewing direction shaking problem in 5th sex loop. Link fixed. I think there’ll be no more problems? I’ll wait one more day before moving this to the main page.

*update2 – if female POV is used. Head must be turned off. There’s Marie Head ON/OFF item.

Otherwise, you going to see the eyeball.
